Buah jenis ini cukup segar dikonsumsi dalam kondisi dingin. karakter utama nya terlihat jelas pada bagian daging buah berwarna putih, berbintik biji buah naga. Ukuran buah naga jenis putih cukup besar, antara 500 gr - 1000gr. Harga per kg buah naga jenis ini dikisaran Rp.10.000,- s/d Rp. 15.000,- per kg nya.
